Sarah’s career in nursing led her to a specialization as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2004. It was this experience working in postpartum, lactation and in obstetric and gynecology offices that stirred in her a passion for and connection to perinatal mental health. Sarah has spent the last thirty years working for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in obstetrics and gynecology, and spent the last three and a half years at the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Center (PMAD) at Barnabas.
