Day Program Therapist
JOB SUMMARY: The Day Program Therapist will work with the PHP Director and PHP Clinical Team to providing therapy and ongoing care to patients of The Motherhood Center. This will be comprised of three major roles:- Providing individual therapy to patients admitted to the Day Program. Treatment expectations include strength-focused family interventions, including psychoeducation, individual psychotherapy including utilization of effective modalities for the perinatal mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD) population (Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dyadic Treatment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Bases Stress Reduction) and discharge planning.
- Running group therapies in the Day Program consisting of but not limited to: CBT, DBT, & IPT Groups, Parenting Skills Groups, Mindfulness Practice, Themed Group Therapy.
- Conducting outpatient evaluations and ongoing individual therapy as needed.
Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time and/or Full- Time)
JOB SUMMARY: The Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner will provide virtual and in-person outpatient and/or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) sessions consisting of initial evaluations, consultations, psychotherapy, and medication management for women with psychiatric disorders that are trying to conceive, struggling with fertility issues, experiencing grief and loss, pregnant or postpartum. The Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner demonstrates excellence in psychiatry with some experience in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). They will serve as a professional role model, consultant, and resource in the development of psychiatric practice, collaboration and consultation among members of the clinical, nursery, and administrative teams. They will exercise strong clinical leadership skills and demonstrate effective clinical teaching skills used to promote both care and practice standards and will be adept at working with adult individuals and their families. JOB SUMMARY: TMC is growing and we are looking to hire a part-time (minimum of 20 hours per week) or full-time (30-40 hours per week) therapist for our OP practice. As a therapist at TMC you will:- Provide individual therapy to patients admitted to our outpatient center. Treatment includes: Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dyadic Treatment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Bases Stress Reduction, and family/couples therapy.
- Facilitate group therapy and/or support groups as needed.
- Conduct new patient evaluations and provide ongoing individual, couples, and dyadic therapies.
- Supervise junior clinicians and postdocs on clinical cases or groups as needed.
Part-Time Senior Outpatient (OP) Psychiatrist
JOB SUMMARY- Demonstrate excellence in psychiatry with expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).

- Provide outpatient care consisting of initial evaluations, consultations, psychotherapy, and medication management for women with psychiatric disorders that are trying to conceive, struggling with fertility issues, experiencing grief and loss, in pregnancy or postpartum.
- Supervise and staff junior clinicians and trainees on clinical cases, as needed.
Perinatal Nursery Intern
JOB SUMMARY: The Perinatal Nursery Intern must be an individual currently in school or in a training program, with preferred experience providing infant care. They must already have or obtain a CPR license including child and infant CPR. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Must be proficient in the English language with bilingual communication skills helpful, but not a requirement. Responsibilities:- Demonstrate competency, individually and part of the multidisciplinary team, in supervising infants in the nursery of the day treatment program;
- Demonstrate competency in providing care to infants in the day treatment program including bottle feeding, putting down for naps and diaper changing of infants;
- Track and maintain supplies for the nursery, including toys, infant care and educational materials;
- Performs other job-related duties as required or requested;
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information;
- Able to communicate with mothers in program in an empathetic and professional manner;
- Must be timely and responsible.
