Jessica Conway-Pierce is the Senior Manager, Practice Analytics and Operations at The Motherhood Center. She received a BA in English Literature and Latin American Studies from Colgate University. She comes to The Motherhood Center from the nonprofit workforce development field, most recently as the Manager of Communications, Learning, and Policy at JobsFirstNYC. Jessica is committed to helping people who have given birth access to the care they need.
