Dr. Williams is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal and infant mental health. She attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate studies and Teachers College for her master’s in psychology in education. She earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Hartford. She completed her predoctoral internship at the YCS Institute for Infant and Preschool Mental Health, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Montefiore Medical Group, where she also supported caregivers in caring for their infants and young children as a HealthySteps Specialist. Dr. Williams is committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and honoring the unique experiences of all birthing people.
