Dr. Pfeffer is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in couples therapy and perinatal mental health. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at Mt. Sinai Services/Elmhurst Hospital. Dr. Pfeffer has since worked in private practice supporting individuals and couples through major life transitions, with a particular focus on the relational and emotional changes that can accompany pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood.
