Kitrina is the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & Communications at The Motherhood Center, overseeing marketing operations, systems, and mission-driven communications in support of maternal mental health. Kitrina brings more than five years of experience in healthcare and nonprofit communications, with deep expertise in marketing processes, digital strategy, and systems-based thinking.

Kitrina earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Wichita State University and her Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, where she specialized in violence and injury prevention. She is deeply passionate about gender equity, systems change, and the destigmatization of maternal mental health. Her work centers on creating accessible, inclusive, evidence-based messaging that validates how hard motherhood can be—while ensuring mothers/birthing people and families know that effective, compassionate treatment is available.
