This support group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 3 PM ET. Are you a new mom or birthing parent (up to one year postpartum) struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, or PTSD? You’re not alone. One in five new or expecting mothers and birthing people experience a PMAD (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder), commonly known as postpartum depression. This group offers a safe space for new moms or birthing parents to honestly discuss the challenging, real parts of motherhood—the parts social media and baby commercials often avoid. Common feelings include guilt, shame, irritability, exhaustion, loneliness, hopelessness, panic, sadness, regret longing for who you were before you became a parent, and many more. This weekly group is for those who want to find a safe space to share, heal, learn coping skills, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges.
