This support group meets weekly on Thursdays at 6 PM ET. This group is designed for new and expecting fathers and non-birthing parents navigating the emotional, psychological, and relational transitions that accompany the arrival of a new baby. Led by a licensed perinatal mental health clinician, the group offers a safe and compassionate space for fathers and non-birthing parents to explore the challenges and rewards of this major life transition. Whether you’re supporting your own partner through a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD), adjusting to your new identity as a parent, or experiencing your own mental health struggles, this group is for you.

About This Group

This group is designed to provide fathers and non-birthing partners with a supportive space to process the transition to parenthood. Whether you’re caring for a partner experiencing a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) or managing your own emotional well-being, the group offers connection, support, and validation from others navigating similar challenges. Led by a licensed perinatal mental health clinician, it’s a place to feel less alone, gain practical tools, and build confidence in your role as a partner and parent.
