Description
This support group meets weekly on Mondays at 5 PM ET. This group provides a safe space for women/birthing people to process their individual feelings about their pregnancy, learn coping skills for stress, anxiety, and/or depression, and connect with other expecting moms/birthing people who are facing similar difficulties.
About This Group
- This virtual group has space for 7 expecting people to join.
- This group is drop-in, so there is no obligation to attend every week. (But you are welcome to!)
- This group is open to all LGBTQIA+ people. We ask that you share your preferred pronouns upon group introduction.

- Coping skills for anxiety and depression during pregnancy
- Navigating relationships with your partner, family, and friends
- Relationship with body and identity
- Feelings of fear, remorse, regret, overwhelm, sadness and isolation

Is this Group Right for Me?
This group is specifically for pregnant women/parents who are feeling anxious or depressed or who have a diagnosed perinatal mood or anxiety disorder (PMAD), such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and/or bipolar disorder. This group is meant to support expecting moms/birthing people who are struggling with their mental health and are feeling anxious and overwhelmed by becoming a mother/parent. Both first-time moms/birthing people and non-first-time pregnant people are welcome.
