This support group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 6 PM ET. This group is designed for fathers and partners of new mothers/birthing people navigating the emotional, psychological, and relational transitions that accompany the arrival of a new baby. Led by a licensed perinatal mental health clinician, the group offers a safe and compassionate space for partners to explore the challenges and rewards of this major life transition. Whether you’re supporting your partner through a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD), adjusting to your new identity as a parent, or experiencing your own mental health struggles, this group is for you.
About This Group
This virtual group meets weekly on Tuesdays at 6 PM ET and is facilitated by a licensed perinatal mental health clinician. It is a drop-in space for fathers, partners, non-birthing parents, and co-parents—who are supporting a loved one through the perinatal period. Whether your partner is navigating a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD), or you're adjusting to your new role as a parent, this group is designed for you. You are not expected to attend weekly, but you are welcome to drop in as often as needed.
